Professional Development
Reflection:
My reflection on the previous teaching practices was generally perfect due to the teacher liked the morning routine. The teacher advised me to methods for songs of the letter and participated with them acting and sing with them. The teacher wanted that I could recognize the student name. I found some problems with the transition language and pronunciation of some vocabulary. Also, the structure of activities should be clear and organized. Also, I gave some children some sweets as a reward. I should give them positive words instead of this. Also, the teacher asked me to add some more resources for the lesson. Furthermore, I completed all aspects of lesson components such as morning routine, rules, and revising. Moreover, the teacher liked the activities based on the process to encourage them for creativity and imagination.
Action point:
1-Create and implement proper classroom management that includes procedures and consequences that are clear and measurable.
2-Research and incorporate various literacy skills into the content lesson plan.
3-Research on the development of student needs and ability.
Goal:

In this picture, the teacher used a video to teach them how to spell and write letter s. That will help the children to identify how to spell and write the letter S.
In this picture, the teacher used blocks, plastic animals, and cars to let the children create the story they taught and read it. This activity supports the children in using their critical thinking.
In this picture, the children start creating the flower by using colored paper and start gluing it. This activity encourages children to be creative and imaginative.
In this picture, the teacher used flashcards to help the children to recognize the name of animals and how to write them. This activity helps the children to identify how to write and spell the name of animals.
Issues:
I faced a lot of challenges in applying the professional development plan during my teaching practices in this semester. I found it challenging to teach the children the sequence of first, second, third, and fourth. The children can't recognize the purpose of the lesson. Also, I tough the children's word to see so, which was difficult for me due to the first time to teach the word. I usually tough them one letter or one number or science about plants. I think I have to practices more before teaching the children. My MST was too much busy; she has to meet the KG teachers and parents. So, I found difficulty in contacting her and asking her some questions or taking her opinion.
Future plans:
I think I have to look for new goals for the next practicum. For example, I have to control the children during doing activities and support them. I have to manage my time during teaching practices because it takes too many times for children to finish it. I think I have to use technology as advice to enhance the teaching process. Also, I have to increase my knowledge about the subject that I will teach the children to get rid of any confusing them. Besides, I have to explore the new methods of exam to recognize the different learning strategies.
Reflection:
In my personal, professional development plan, I made initiative through, and I hope to achieve specific goals in academic and social life. I believe it would help me to think about my learning and performing my plans in the different sections, such as personally, educationally, socially, and in my career. I have noted that for the last semester, I have to improve any area in my teaching practices. I recognize my strengths and weakness, so I have to work hard to correct my faults and avoid any adverse effects. I realize that my strength is the ability to work under deadlines, attend classes, and submit all the assignments at the right time. I had some weaknesses that caused my performance; for example, I had a problem relating to the discussion in group work. I had to recognize the central concepts and able to create a learning experience that makes the subject meaningful for children. I had to realize the students have different abilities of learning and try to support the children who need more care. I think the connection with other teachers and the community is essential. It helps the teacher to be well-being and act integrity with fairness and ethical manner.
