Time frame
For six weeks, the first week I will observe the MST teacher.
Then, I will take notes of her strategies to implement new teaching styles, what materials she used, and what activities she uploads in the LMS. After that, I will apply my new strategies in creative teaching and ask MST to give me feedback.
Then, I will implement the new effective teaching.
Then, I will use new resources such as stories, and songs to engage the learner and change the teaching routine.
Action Plan
Search the internet for articles about creative teaching styles lesson plans and activities for ECE students. for the subjects, to develop students' cognitive skills, and fine motor skills, and help students to think more about how to create things with simple materials. Involve parents to work with their child after the lessons.
- Create an effective lesson plan it will include such as natural materials such as plants, water, soil, and natural resources to teach the students the importance of plants.
Implementation
I implemented a different styles of learning such as auditory learners, some are kinesthetic learners, and some are visual learners. The more engaged a student is in their learning, the more likely he or she is to succeed in the classroom. As an educator, the first step is to have the knowledge and understanding of the various learning styles and then provide your students with a variety of learning experiences to meet their individual needs. Here are three tips to guide you.

Using different kind of learning styles help the teacher identify and realize the concept. It is essential to understand different types of learning styles to become more productive and be innovative teachers. Also, it increases teachers’ achievement positively, and it helps them to enhance problem-solving skills to make better outcomes for the next time. Learning styles have been one of the most fundamental approaches to educating children. Implementing innovative teaching styles will motivate students during the lesson, improve student engagement, improve the student’s success academy, allow the student to develop their fine and gross motor skills, cognitive and social-emotional development. Implementing creative lessons for early childhood will develop imagination and analysis, progress the inspiration in students, helps students to explain the problem, and express themselves ( Murugesan, 2019).
Reflection
Each person has his or her own style of learning. Learning styles include visual, auditory, and kinesthetic. In the questionnaire, I learned that I am very much a visual learner. This reflection will show what I have learned about my unique learning style and how understanding the learning styles of the children I teach will be helpful as I become a teacher.
Without realizing it, I learned about what a visual learner is and the methods I used in school to make sense of the knowledge I obtained. According to Judie Haynes (2009), a visual learner is able to learn best by seeing or observing and includes examples of using computer graphics, cartoons, posters, diagrams, graphic organizers, text with pictures, and maps.
Using videos in the classroom provides multiple avenues for learning. Not only do students learn by seeing, but this also helped students develop auditory skills to be able to listen. Because visual learners learn by seeing, I can use maps to help students better understand concepts in social studies or history. Seeing where the pioneers traveled as well as talking about the climate and harsh conditions will allow the students to make sense of how the people had to survive. Another way I can utilize my talents is by making posters with eye-catching cartoon characters. This will provide an opportunity for me to be creative and draw, but also make the subjects more appealing when the posters are hung in the classroom(My Reflection Of My Learning Style In The Classroom, 2000).
