My Progress
On this page, I contain the target from last semester and evidence of how I have achieved it.
Goal 1:
The first goal that I choose for this semester is behavior management during the lesson and how to deal with a student who misbehaves during the lesson. this will help the teacher to have a safe environment, increase meaningful academic learning. The student will develop their social and emotional skill, degrees the misbehavior.
Action1:

Read articles and books on the internet about behavior management strategies.

Ask MST to give me a list of behavior management strategies.

Observe the student and write down the misbehavior.

Write the possible reasons for this behavior.

Write new strategies that I will apply in this semester.

Goal 2:
My second goal is to use formative assessment after the student finishes the activity. It helps the teacher to evaluate the students, it could be before or after the lesson. The teacher uses this type of assessment to identify why students struggle in the lesson. There are many types of formative assessment I will use a checklist, note, and documentation. Also, it helps the teacher to identify the student’s strengths and weaknesses in learning. I choose this type of assessment because it assists me as a teacher to evaluate student work and realize where I have made an impact. Also, it provides feedback for me about where and how to modify the teaching program.
